Decades of research shows job training programs don't work at scale because of lack of *supply* of appropriate good jobs. Under such a scenario, with loan-repayment tied to well-paying job attained, much more feasible and incentives are aligned better. For sure, the students want to succeed and get that higher-paying job but can't be climbing greasy pole or pretending SF-coding jobs attainable.

We are always looking at ways to increase accessibility to our program. Our use of ISAs and blind & bias-free admission process are a start, but we want to do more, including reducing the financial and time commitment barriers even further.
