Decades of research shows job training programs don't work at scale because of lack of *supply* of appropriate good jobs. I told them if I want to play basketball like Michael Jordan, I would have to practice 12 hours a day for the next 10 years I teach my immigrant students who can barely speak English, mostly mothers who also worked at least one job, far different then my college students
