I remember another "verification" process triggered after I logged on to ATM with Apple Wallet card. ATM prints slip saying call this number. At the number, automated system says enter the text we just sent. HELLO. I used the phone's NFC. I HAVE THE PHONE! I CAN READ ITS TEXTS.
