Fellow friends who’re constantly on planes: have you found a way to avoid pinched nerves and general upper back/neck misery? I’ve started shelling out for the bed seats whenever possible but sometimes that’s not an option. Is there a magic pillow? A post-
massage thing?

I carry a neck pillow but... Exercise. I get pains if I’m too busy/overwhelmed to exercise: lift and stretch, specifically. Also, I sprung for lightweight luggage—less chance of injury from lifting.
