Sexual-harassment is a terrible problem that plagues many companies, but Googlers are also among the most privileged people in any workforce anywhere. If they stop at better working conditions for themselves, it will be not just a pity, but the choice of a very privileged group.

Very few companies in the world where employees have as much power over product and process, should they choose to exercise it, as Google. Also very-well paid. Giant perks. Constantly voted one of the best companies to work in. We’ll see what they, as a group, care more about.
