      The book is specifically about number sense—something that is rarely addressed directly. I have read some, but not all, of the ones you mention. It's not about statistical numeracy or interpreting stats per se. It's great, take a look.

          Also, Turning Numbers into Knowledge helps readers develop their own "numbers sense". I wrote it to train analysts I hire, but it's more generally useful and pretty approachable for students or non-technical adults.
