Dems have 56% of all raised House funds and 61% of Senate funds for the current election year, so it’s not a cashflow problem so much as an allocation one. Dems are also defending more seats so there’s a relative scarcity of free cash compared to more favorable cycles.

Definitely agree that getting more cash into 501(C)(3)s and other grassroots orgs would have a greater multiplier than to politicians. The GOP has successfully mobilized to the point its politicians can spend relatively less and get more than Dems.
