I got a call from my mortgage lender last week claiming they didn't have my insurance (they did) and asking me to upload a copy of my policy to a website. It looked like a fraud, especially since I *knew* they had my info, so I had to call. But the link was on their site!

Which is to say, it's very possible it was a legitimate call, since the phone number and PIN they provided were also listed on their site, but this looked really, really fishy to me.
