Make sure the cable machines actually have the little plates to fine-tune weight... Space where I can be not on a machine or on a bench and not be in anyone’s way... Remove all the bloody TVs... (At least, that’s my list. Not sure how much overlap there is with yours)

I’d stack weights in proper increments and according to real use! Get rid of most machines! Ban the word “tone”! Focus on form and progression, not lbs!
