Once again the problem is with the centralized platform. When you send Bitcoin to someone it's no longer yours. Why trust these guys? Used to be this way with dollars, too, with banks going bust and people losing their savings. Decentralized Bitcoin itself not is affected.

That's the problem: It's not fraud at all. Fraud is a legal term, and because there are no laws in most nations governing or protecting cryptocurrencies, this isn't fraud; it's just someone making their own rules for their self-controlled pseudo-currency.
