If you've had training or interaction with a diabetic, it's pretty obvious. He was pulled over early and could have answered "do you have any medical conditions."
I was expecting him and called him for an eta when an officer answered, told me what had happened and hung up. I spammed his phone until the officer finally answered again... in absolute panic I screamed "he's diabetic! Give human orange." The officers tone changed instantly.
