Thank you for the overwhelming support guys <3 Here's answers to common questions -Gym is 5/6 days a week. -I do cardio and weights -1500-1600 cal a day -Try to hit enough protein and fiber (greens) daily -No cheat meals of any kind (so far). -Consistency and tracking are king.
