Got a tablet for Cmas. Super lucky.

I get one more chance to reapply and I'm not gonna even think about starting on the application again until I know what I did wrong.

There's like one song I've ever written that I can look back on now and say "I want to be able to do this level all the time".

Gotta figure out who I can hit up that's flexible enough to do a variety of styles. The finer points of this are lost on me.

Also, writing music is hard. Thinking up what it sounds like eventually comes, but getting it out of my head and into reality is a struggle.

I went to college to help me reach my dreams. I may have to be more practical about how I do it, but I am going to do the damn thing.

If things don't work out with grad school, I'll make my way. I will intern, I will collaborate, I will fight for my future.

I'm going to fight for my right to live my life the way I want to live it. I'm going to work a little every day at taking charge of my life.

But by the end of it, I came to a decision. Even if I didn't maximize all of my time at college, even if I have to play catch-up now...

I asked myself if I wound up wasting 4.5 years of my life doing something that I didn't need.

My parents asked me some hard questions about where I was and what I wanted to do with my life, and I really didn't know what to say.
