Product Designers often struggle in large org setups. The relation between Product and Design is key. Some PMs are too into the details, do too much design, don’t kill their darlings… but if you ask me, the problem is with Designers. Step up, champion your ideas and take lead.

Pues sinceramente, no estoy muy al día. No creo que la escuelas de diseño/universidades “tradicionales” estén muy al día, la verdad. De lo que he visto,

A designer I know told me his PM writes jira tickets that just say "make onboarding easier" or even "increase retention"
