.@sheratonhotels I’m having a laughably terrible experience at your new property in Redding. We arrived late a night to a suite that wasn’t made up for the kids to sleep on the sleeper sofa (despite me calling ahead and requesting that it be ready).
The AC was broken which meant that we needed to move rooms late at night. Your pool is lovely but not stocked with towels. And finally, I just went to shower only to find that there is no hot water in my room due to a “boiler” issue. I expect so much more from an SPG property.
