  1. Mozambique government forces beating and abusing unarmed suspects while others watch, film and cheer. These men in uniform are supposed to enforce the law and protect everybody- including suspects.

  2. Insurgents celebrating their "trophy" - a vehicle used by Mozambican security forces in Cabo Delgado. These are no longer ordinary criminals. In 2 years, they have moved from burning houses to claiming military gains. On Jan 23, the group attacked a military base killing 22.

  3. Elite force members who are in jail & face accusations of murdering a Mozambican election observer in October, have been promoted high ranking officials. Yes. You read well. It's unaceptable, shows the level of impunity in the security forces & their disregard for the rule of law

  4. Marcia Castela, 24, a law graduate, is Mozambique's youngest MP. An important gain and inspiration for the youth and people with disabilities. She and 249 other MPs were inaugurated today, following October 2019 general elections.

  5. Dear , if it rains for days (it’s ok if it is just oneor two hours) and i am unable to watch tv “due to bad weather”, do i have the option of claiming back the money i paid for a full month service?

  6. 1. sij

I wish you and your loved ones, a blessed 2020!

  7. Court in Angola orders seizure of properties belonging to businesswoman, Africa’s richest woman, Isabel Dos Santos & husband, including shares at Bank BFA & mobile phone company UNITEL. She reacted on social media with a “message of tranquillity and confidence” to her employees.

  8. North of Mozambique hit by heavy rain. This is the bridge over Montepuez river in Cabo Delgado destroyed by the floods.

  10. , i am watching you on TV occupying spot. I told people around me that you are my friend. They don't believe me 🙈🙈🙈. Well... they don't believe Sophie is my friend either. Please tell them you know me. 🙄

  11. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

  12. Those burning homes, beheading residents of Cabo Delgado are “insurgents”, according to Mozambican president. I suppose it’s now time for police nd army bosses stop calling them “ordinary armed groups”. Today police confirmed that insurgents are in possession of a police vehicle

  13. Christmas trees made of empty water bottles and solar power lights in some of Maputo's squares.

  14. New banknotes of Angolan Kwanza will not include the face of José Eduardo dos Santos. I once met a young trader in Benguela who told me that the kwanza kept losing value because it had the image of an “incompetent man” on it. I wonder what he thinks of this government decision.

  15. Beira again... Floods in Beira, Mozambique, as some southern african countries are hit by heavy rains. Pictures from various residents of the city.

  16. Mozambique style... cashew-nuts on sale, pay 5 take 6.

  17. The "white Angolan/Portuguese" journalist who thought it was ok to send 2 anti racism activists on black Friday sale, is now apologising for offense caused. "I am not racist...I was born in Angola...We are not the bad colonialists" She still believe in bad & good colonialism 🙄🙏

  18. This journalist, in Portugal, thinks it’s ok to suggest that on Black Friday, you take away 2 anti-racism activists (who happen to be black) for free. After criticism, she reacted: “I don’t have patience for abnormal people. I’m white Angolan. I have black Angolans in the family”

  19. A velha desculpa pra o “Eu não sou racista”: Eu tenho amigos e familiares brancos... Eu sou branca que nasceu em Africa. I don tire!
