    This is a great read not only for the science but because it involves Italian scientists putting tiny taffeta pants on male frogs, talks in length about cervical crypts storing sperm for later (like one would store a snack in a pocket), and older men making funky sperm

    Fantastic read debunking the myth that sperm engage in Olympic competition to win fertilization, when in reality the female reproductive organs are far from a passive participant in what is a lot more like a mass execution:
