OK-this story fails to answer A Lot of necessary questions. How did PDs respond? Why r most TX cases dropped? This is a Tremendous Failure.

Men are also rape victims but under report and if the MAJORITY of those kits were for men, I don't think they would have gone unattended.

Women go through hell to get these rape kits completed...thinking it will somehow lead to justice and save others...the police don't care.
