The kits could be taken based on stories which fell apart upon further questioning. It's axiomatic that the number of false allegations would be proportional to the number of untested rape kits.

You think this is proportional to false allegations? Do you have any idea how rare those are? Which, by the way, you would likely need to run the test to verify.

How do you know how rare false allegations are? Where do you get these numbers from? I figure they should be at least 50% in theory.

I got the 50% number from the idea that men and women are equal. You know, feminism? If you treat a man and woman equally, you'd think that they would equally lie 50% of the time.

That has no relationship to how society functions or how rape works.

Someone who believed men and women were equal would give credence to men and women when they disagreed on something. That _is_ how equality works. If you disagree then you're after something else than equality.

That's not how crime works. It isn't "equality", it's you have a criminal accusation and you investigate the accusation.
