Depends on your financial ability to absorb the cost I reckon. Hardship? Absolutely get it back. No hardship, but it’s the principle of it? That’s a personal choice 
I signed up for a conference before COVID-19 canceled everything and they're doing nearly everything they can to not refund me. I'm debating if I should file for a chargeback or just let them keep it and try to attend again in the near future.
