Clearly success should make one a martyr, and lack thereof certainly excuses. Covey said "win-win or no deal" and I can see a time coming when I may say "no deal" to NYC... even if I could fix its conflicting goals, NIMBYs, activists, etc..., I would get no appreciation for it.
