Interesting, is it mirrorless? I used to shoot with a Canon 5D Mark IV, and I've been looking at Fuji and Sony for a camera. Good to know, I'll have to watch B&H now! Also your lens collection sounds INSANE.

Totally mirrorless. I’d say it has the best color accuracy of the cameras I’ve used. It’s a massive sensor so it’s not fast like a 35mm or m4/3, but it takes very good photos.

Oh man you gotta share some shots when you get a chance. That's so exciting. Hows the weight on the body?

Now, for weight, the one I have is a monster. It's the earlier GFX 50 which was trying to be like a modern throwback to the big bulky cameras with huge eye pieces. The GFX 50R is going to be about the size of a 35mm mirrorless, but check the weight specs.

I know a heavy body is a perk for some, but man, it wrecked me trying to have a 200m L series lens and a battery pack screwed on. That's exciting that it's getting less heavy now. I wonder what that'll mean for lens development and equipment care as they continue to evolve.

Hows it do in high ISO situations? Do you feel like the noise is acceptable?

The Fuji does pretty good in low light, and has good algorithms for NR. I’d say if you want night action Sony is better. The Olympus E1M is odd because in low light it it’s m4/3 sensor just SUUCKS, but, BUT it’s magic stabilizer means you can do 4 SECoND hand held night shots.

That's all you need with minimal noise pollution and no motion blurring, daaaaang. DANG. Photography is evolving so quickly.

Yep, honestly I like long exposure night shots more than crisp ones. You get great light trails and ghostly images when you can hold the camera steady and expose a 100 ISO 4 second shot without a tripod.

Ahhhh, I got to be there for several hours on a layover to Scotland to shoot a wedding. Dark volcanic soil. Bright greens. Misty fog everywhere. *swoooon* can’t wait to leave the airport next time
