I am not following, which thing is garbage? Python, micropython or low-level bit-banging?
Python in general is terrible at most everything when you compare it to JavaScript. The language design compared to ES6 is inferior. Python's abilities on desktop, mobile, games, guis, graphics, backend, performance, are all far inferior.

Currently the only thing it seems to be better at is data science, and even that is mostly an accident of history. I believe all the things you can do with Python can be done in JavaScript better. Given how slow Python is this is a complete waste of everyone's time.

That doesn't even include the fact that: 1. Python has no official standards body behind it. It's an old boy's club. 2. Python can't run 2 and 3, but JS can do ES going back decades. 3. Python's VM is amateur garbage. 4. Python has terrible beginner frustrating designs choices.
