So, dude dropping off an exercise bike drove to my building, sat downstairs, left a single text message at 9am, then drove off rather than like...loading it in an elevator and wheeling it 20' or...making a phone call so I can come get it. You want hazard pay? Do your damn job.
This is why I pay for a second mail box. People who's only job is driving things and dropping them off can't be bothered to even do that. I frequently get other people's mail or packages, they can't find huge apartment buildings, and constantly lose packages. UPS Store rocks.

The UPS Store has never lost a package, and will go out of their way to track them down if they're lost, and leave multiple messages and emails when I have a package, and even kept a couple small boxes when I was away for long periods of time. Not only that, but get this:

I go to get a package from the UPS store and they're selling N95 masks. I'm like, "Whoa you have masks." Guy running the store goes, "Anything that makes money." I bought 20. Meanwhile, Amazon's vast trillion dollar tech machine can't...phone me..or...find the front door.
