I’m going to suggest a theory: I think that some of the large stockpiles of masks being sold overseas are secretly owned by hospitals or similar health business. You wait. We’ll find out the 43 million masks in NJ were actually owned by an insurance company or hospital network.
Finally, remember citizens that if a Target wants to sell N95 masks that a normal person can buy they will get confiscated. Only wealthy foreign countries get to buy masks.
