Finally replaced my wordpress blog with a Pleroma instance: https://zedshaw.com/main/friends This is running inside a hand rolled little VM with the goal of using this instead of blogging and using twitter in the near future.
You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
