On this trip I made 29 videos--one of each painting--and a total of 12TB of video, including 360 Video. I also evolved my style toward the end to using a palette knife. I was in Tbilisi and it was too cold to paint with a brush, so I busted out the knife.

In the past I would either use the palette knife the entire time, or use the brush the entire time. The palette knife produces great results but that first layer of paint is a mofo to get on the panel. The brush goes on easier, but the results are "weak" after that.

What I did in Tbilisi on accident was: 1. I painted a first layer with the brush that had basic shapes. 2. It was too cold after that, so I took out my mountain of knives and worked that first layer with the knives. 3. When I was done I was like "damn, this is the way".
