Despicable, but in all fairness the context was Stallman. His laissez-faire attitude towards the magnitude of what happened,he could have apologized but instead he resigned. I do regret my offhanded comment about him being difficult to live with,obviously I don’t know first hand.
I mostly ignore him because he’s on the spectrum and has mental health issues so most of what he says is uninformed and I disagree with it. Still don’t think he should be homeless. Nobody should be, and if you think he deserves it then you are getting pleasure from suffering.

That’s good. Like I said, I don’t really like the man but if he’s homeless then that’s not right. Especially when it seems a bunch of people actually get pleasure out of his misfortune.

It's easy to mostly ignore him if he isn't harassing you often enough that you fill your office with plants. Or feel the need to leave free software entirely. The Epstein thing was just one in long string of unacceptable behaviors.
