I wish there was a way to take data on my practice, more than just scanning commit logs. IIRC
@zedshaw had a way to log compilation error rate & used that as guidance to when he was too tired to keep coding (from a talk at Lone Star. Ruby Conf in 06 or 07)
Capture stdout and stdeet of your build, parse it for error messages, count and graph them like this: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Run_chart
