I've been slowly hacking on the UI and concept for this blogging system I'm coming up with: https://oyp.zedshaw.art/ I make Art, Music, Videos, Photography, and writing, and I'm tired of not being able to publish all of that without being enslaved to a platform.
I'd also say, totally skip the webtorrent part. Even with docs it was about 2 months of hacking to make it do anything other than totally publicly blast a video over all the torrents. I had to reverse engineer quite a lot to make it behave, not to mention get backends working.
