I was in the Army during the Clinton era. For all you youngin’s (and Democrats who secretly hate soldiers because you’re an anti Vietnam protestor who kept voting for the politicians who sent soldiers to Vietnam) out there Clinton was determined to reduce the size of the military

Right when he became President Clinton-the same guy who repeatedly sexually harassed women and protected billionaire pedo Epstein-figured out he could throw soldiers out for sexual harassment after the Tailhook Scandal. So what did the super “fair” MJ system do? Went INSANE.

The Military Justice courts proceeded to define Sexual Harassment at an insane level nobody could meet. Then literally threw people in jail over it, threw them out of the military, and with almost zero evidence most of the time. The proof is, after a few years the law changed.

Or, more specifically, an actual law was written that was fair and based on the civilian definition of SH rather than just whatever the local base commander decided would help him meet his quota of soldiers thrown out. Then came the fitness and drug tests!

I’ll tell you about a soldier in my uniy named Glunt to demonstrate. He went to training and on the 2nd week was failed for not doing enough pushups. He was 6’4” tall so the guy measuring him decided he didn’t go down far enough and threw Glunt out. Then, the “fair” MJ system:

He gets back to out unit and they start to throw him out. It used to be you could fail a school but nope, gotta meet the quotas. So the commander writes Glunt up with 1 offense: Failed a school Glunt signs this, and being a good supply clerk, keeps a copy. Then guess what?

He comes back a few weeks later to do his final exit—losing all benefits with only a year left—and goes to sign the final document, looks at his list of offenses, that he supposedly pled guilty to and: They added about 10 more *after* he signed. This is super illegal. Why?
