That was probably the only good episode (in that aspect) though. Generally The Orville has been more Star trek then Discovery and some really good cgi visuals.
Star Trek Discovery S2E14 is fucking great! A massive battle, great effects, tight story telling, swash buckling fist fights, good use of time travel, creative scenarios, truly epic. It should win a damn award on its own.
