I woke up at about 4am with intense pain in my right lower abdomen. Just dull and shooting and getting worse. I’m thinking, “Of course the most awesome weekend ever culminates in a burst appendix and ER visit.” I get up and try figure out how bad it is and if it is APPENDICITIS!

I watch some youtube videos (I know) for all the tests and nothing makes me hurt more. I can push on it, twist my legs all around, jump, everything. It just hurts like crazy, AND I took some aleve for a headache earlier so this must be bad ass pain to punch through that.

So I lay on my back and it gradually goes down, then I get up and it’s a little worse but I try stretching, that helps some and laying on my back works so after an hour I’m able to sleep again. Today it hurts but, on if I lift with my left arm. So just a pulled muscle.

I believe what happened is I used a new bag to go do that painting and it was one of those hip “tactical douchebag” bags. I just wanted a small thing for my paints, but it never stayed on right so I had it high on my hip. Then I somehow fucked it up sleeping on my side weird.

Keep in mind, my pain tolerance is pretty high, but I got up and everything was alright so off to the airport. 1 hour and 3 bags carried later, it hurts again, and pretty bad. So I learned you can double up tylenol and aleve, tried it, and that shit works like mad. 5 stars!

And that shit worked fast as hell. If you have sudden bad pain try 2 aleve and 2 tylenol. Probably can’t do it long term, but it worked great. Now I’m going to let it just hurt so I can avoid injury more.
