Can’t sleep so doing some hacking and painting. This is a bottoe of fake eggs from Michael’s. If you ever need to do paintings of a bunch of pastel colored cutsy kitch items then Michael’s has you covered. Probably one more pass after this:pic.twitter.com/TZ3wafAgPl

Here’s the final side-by-side. To get a good photo I have to use a 360mm zoom and go across the room so you’ll see that my perspective looking down while paintingnis different from the camera’s. So far this cardboard box setup rocks. I pretty much banged this out without much effort while waiting for tests to run on some code. I figure if it makes it that easy for me then it’ll make it possible for people with no background in painting.
