I am going to be Guest of Honor at PenguiCon 2019 in 2 months. They want me to give some topics to talk about, so I'd like to know from you, if you could attend Penguicon and wanted to see me talk about something, or run a panel about something, what would it be? Vote & reply.
I'll now do a short description of each one: "A Nerd in The Art World" -- A talk about all the totally weird foreign things I've seen in the art world that are totally different from the world of technology, and all of the big similarities between them. Mostly funny stories.

"Autodidact's Rules of Order" -- A presentation on what I call "Guerilla Warfare Self-Education" but if I call it that they'll balk at it. It'll be a reasoning and set of strategies to teach yourself something when your school sucks or you have no access to quality education.

"How to Build a Guitar" -- Pretty much what it says. I'll go through how I taught myself how to build guitar, why, and how you can do it for fairly low cost (I mean, for a damn guitar).

"DIY Streaming and Hosting" -- I've spent a lot of time figuring out how to host my own show entirely on my own because, well, lots of people hate that I hate Haskell and Python so they try to get me deplatformed. This will show you how to do it on the cheap.

"The Lost Art of Plein Air" -- A history of plein air painting and how the simple tin tube created it, how it exploded and then died, and how I go about doing it today as one of the few people who does it. I promise not to show photos of me on a beach in a speedo painting.

"Exploring Ancient Cameras" -- I actually play around with a lot of ancient optics tricks for making paintings, and nobody can really tell the difference. I'll go through all the different cameras I know about, how to make them, and how to use them to cheat at art.

"Code Ain't a Damn Job" -- A talk (or possibly a panel discussion) on how programming has been completely turned into an activity only for work, and only for working for someone else, and how it could be so much more if the education were changed to involve individual expression.

"Social Engineering with Art" -- A talk (or panel discussion) on all the things that artists get away with in society without anyone even thinking about it, and how I've used that to get away with soooooo many slightly bad things. TSA bothering you? "I'm an artist!"

Keep in mind my problem isn't a lack of topics, but more no idea which of my many I want to talk about or what people want to hear about. So, if you like one let me know, and if you have a suggestion on something you've seen me do and you're curious about, let me know.
