No problem. It does look coooooool, but I've got plenty of instruments and need a time keeper more than a new way to make notes. Also, I find a whole bunch of "midi" devices end up really only being "midi to your software and screw midid to pedals". Is this like that?

I'm not sure how it is wrt to pedals....not seen it used that way. I did see Linn himself demo it a Chicago synth con and he hardly messed with his laptop at all. It seemed like a super expressive/unique instrument. A drum machine it ain't though!
