You need to fire whoever did that photoshop because they completely obliterated her face to the point you cannot tell that is Reese Witherspoon. Wow this is warping my brain. Ok, it looks like they shrank her nose down but didn't adjust her eye distance, then attempted to eliminate laugh lines which softened her chin. Problem is her chin and nose are distinctive and make up Reese's likeness.
