Anybody else ever notice that narcissists seem to love animals more than humans? It's as if they don't feel threatened by them since a pet is completely dependent and animals can't be superior.

That is what I'm wondering. I mostly know insecure narcissists and all of them are absolutely obsessed with animals. I can't say I know many grandiose ones personally though so I don't know.
