extremely fascinating to read this reverse-engineering of the pfizer vaccine
this author translates everything into computer science-like terms
crazy to see how humanity has so many tools to basically "program" our bodies and how we used them here

example of a fav section here:
vaccine works by making our body produce the spike thats on the outside of covid
but the spike on its own would collapse, but thankfully in 2017, scientist showed that if you replaced a protein in Sars-Cov-1, you could make the spike free-standing

nice. sharing this with my favorite person who has grown tired of my picking apart of clickbait threads that ‘describe how the vaccine works’ yet get it horribly wrong

Reminds me of working with assembly language. Which would put us in roughly the halt and catch fire era equivalent. Will be exciting to see things progress from here.

I’m not an engineer as the majority of this explanation made sense. Brilliant! Very well done and thanks for sharing!

I can’t help but think of the A’s as something akin to gas in ethereum. This was an awesome explanation!

Except that software systems are so much simpler and we have a complete model about how they operate.
Human bodies are so much more complex.
It really worries me that we are trying out such a new type of vaccine on such a large scale.
