Can you enable the api and generate an access token via CLI so it can be automated end to end?

Hi for API call of "setAuthenticationCredentials - authCredentialsConfigParams" i believe username & password are standard keywords that makes "formBasedAuthentication" understand which is exact username and password ... please correct me
