Always enjoy burns from my students. Keeps me in my place. But in this case she asked me what I thought. But the implicit question I translated into: should she seek treatment or a work-up in a hospital.

Raynaud does not necessarily require seeing a physician unless she has other symptoms that bother her, or it lasts so long that’s it’s painful or she get changes of her skin. I agree with comments on avoiding cold and smoking
