    Disagree with this take. This stuff is bad regardless of which group is in power. If we can’t all aim to rise above it, when power shifts from one group to another, the same problem continues to exist.

    This anti-STEM rage by Humanities people is just bizarre. Every problem is somehow because we push STEM and not Humanities? Every STEM major takes Humanities courses. Unless your school somehow doesn't have a general education requirement, which I find hard to believe.

    IMO the basic Apple valuation issue is that you cannot estimate the cash flows to come from a future product you know nothing about, but you also can’t assume there is no future product. A little like Amazon, this messes with a lot of the financial markets’ mechanics.

    VCs give some really strange advice. The only thing that matters is whether the investment can generate good returns. Can you imagine public investors saying this? Would you not invest in TSLA because you didn’t get their deck in your preferred format?
