    (United Health, Aetna) keep in mind that providers experienced turbulence even BEFORE ACA. Most thrive off of ACA, others, not so much!

    Criticizing Trump’s use of this aspect of the tax code is naive. Eliminating it would seriously hurt incentives for capital investment.
