I remember this one time I was back at CBS, I wrote a story — then someone had reblogged it but got something wrong. The spokesperson got pissed at me and demanded I issued a correction for *the other person's* fuck-up.

Oh yeah. Telegram got shitty at me once because I said it had "more than 100 million users." A spokesperson said it's actually "more than 200 million users." I mean, I see his point but 200 million *is still more* than 100 million.

Oh — one more: I wrote about a device with a pretty big security flaw. I posted with a hero image of the device. But then the company got pissed off because even though the picture was accurate, they'd released a new model since then and wanted that model pictured instead.
