    What speed do people listen to audiobooks at? Does it change by genre -- recently informed by a friend they don't listen to anything less than 1.25x and now questioning everything...

    Inspect & Adapt doesn't have to be all hard metrics. I asked a Train to choose the type of retro and they picked the emoji retro. PI over PI this is a favorite activity that takes little time and helps uncover a broader picture of how we're doing

    My experience lines up with this. Even in the midst of transformations where psychological safety is openly supported and work/life balance is encouraged, individuals pressure themselves to overwork

    Consultants feel that they need to overwork to do their jobs well.
