I guess I don't see that much of a distinction. Anything done for physical health benefits mental health (and generally vice versa). I'd put it all under the category of 'founder health,' which is an overlooked topic in general.

great idea - I will. I suspect it might be easier here in Boulder because fitness is basically price of admission. But I think the tech community in general could do a better job of normalizing physical health as a priority, as has happened with mental health.

Agreed. I can track improvement in our business tied directly to when I started routinely jogging and improving my health. Not just feeling better, but frequently best ideas are had when slogging it out on a long run.
