This presumes that cannabis is less harmful than alcohol. While this is *probably* true, and early evidence in legalized states certainly points that way, the lack of medical research due to federal schedule 1 status is very lacking.
I don't understand the logic here. Since marijuana availability reduces alcohol consumption, seems to me that we have a moral imperative to feature dispensaries *at least as prominently* as liquor stores in order to counteract the horrendous societal effects of alcohol.https://twitter.com/tylercowen/status/998692630467891201 …
