The "Its COOL"-Founder As in, when we got a letter from the IRS in January saying they created us an EIN bc we didn't have one and expect $14k in taxes for 2017 (despite us having an EIN and paying 14k in 2017 taxes) and my COO said "it's cool, we'll sort it out"

And it took six months but we got the letter today saying that we are good and the mistake has been corrected.
