Hypothesis: one reason 2nd time founders tend to be more successful is they have learned and built systems to deal with the tremendous amount of BS (hiring regulations, banking stuff, HR Issues) that suck founder's time

Also - they’ve made mistakes with a smaller business with little cash in the bank. Big mistakes are easier when there’s a lot of cash in the bank.
