We've talked about giving makers on PH an opportunity to "wave their hand" to investors if they're interested in chatting.
Opposite might work better. Legit investors have ability to rate product 1-5 and ask for an intro. Intro works similarly to Angellist job ‘match.’

sounds like a fun project. If founders are willing to provide metrics and other objective data, that would be incredibly helpful.

Many seed stage pitches are based on product and/or team alone. I think it could start without any objective data. Lower barrier.
